2. Miscellaneous:Intercontinental Berlin Hotel- Berlin, Germany- ID 35233
Due to a state visit from 10^th May to 13^th May 2015 at the hotel there are expected limited access to the hotel as well as some security measures in certain areas. Please note:
 -The main hotel entrance will be moved around 50 meters in direction of the Olof-Palme-Platz; the hotel will be accessible via Bellevue entrance which will be indicated.
 - Should you occupy a room in the east wing of the hotel, security authorities will kindly ask for your ID card / passport. They will then provide you with a badge before passing the security gate in front of the elevators to the guest floors. Please keep your ID with you.
 - During the state visit the main road in front of the hotel, the Budapester Strasse, will be closed off for traffic. Parking will be available at the Europa Center near the Olof-Palme-Platz. The garage will be completely closed for specific hours.
 - The hotel will be accessible via Olof Palme Platz only but the facilities within the hotel are available all the time. The hotel will be blocked off completely only when the government guest arrives and departs from the hotel.
 - The Cornelius Bridge will be closed for traffic and pedestrians. The Budapester Strasse will be closed for traffic, for specific hours it will be opened for taxis.

4. Refurbishment:Demetra Hotel- Rome, Italy- ID 41256Please note that from 16^th April 2015 to 31^st May 2015 part of the 2nd floor (8 rooms in total) will be closed for renovation works which will take place as follows: From 07.30am to 05.00pm Monday to Sunday.

Grand Hyatt Bali Hotel- Bali, Indonesia- ID 49190Please note that a necessary roof maintenance program will be carried out in the South village area from 22^nd April 2015 to 26^th June 2015. Those areas where work is taking place are appropriately partitioned off and that guests have no access to these areas.

Bernini Palace Hotel- Florence, Italy- ID 53459Please note the hotel is under renovation works involving the facade. These works consist of repainting/redecorating the exterior, they don’t cause any noise or any sort of disturb for guests and they take place Monday to Friday from10.00am to 05.30pm. However, the scaffolding around the hotel won’t be removed before the end of May, which means that some windows will be partially covered and most of them partially openable to ensure guests privacy and safety.

Please note that the whole hotel is under renovation works and should be completed by summer 2016. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

Please note the Tennis Court at Embassy Garden will be closed for renovation with the following details: Close Dates:  20 April – 11 May 2015 (inclusive) Normal Service will resume on Tuesday, 12 May 2015.

Pierre Hotel- Florence, Italy- ID 15962NON REFUNDABLE ID 42919Please be informed about renovation works throughout the building which will involve a complete restyling of rooms. The works will be carried out until the 30^th of September 2015, will involve all floors from the 1^st gradually up to the 5^th, from 09.00am to 06.00pm.

Novotel Bali Benoa Hotel- Bali, Indonesia-ID 49128
Due to high tides and strong currents there has been major erosion in Tanjung Benoa for the past years and months. This resulted in a smaller area available for the sun loungers on the beach. There will be some temporary constructions with stones and concrete rings which now will be changed to a permanent and nicer, more attractive and suitable beach front for the guests. The temporary constructions will be removed and a permanent cleaned up beach front will be constructed, with a slope onto the beach and sea, with easy access for the guests for swimming and access the sea. These works start end of April and will be finished in the second week of July 2015 and will affect the whole beach front. There will be sea access for the guests at any time.

4. Refurbishment:Best Western Capital Hotel- Stockholm, Sweden- ID 11715
Please note the hotel will start renovation works 13th of April 2015 and it will end later this year (in September); working hours: 10.00am-05.00pm Monday to Friday.

Cavendish Hotel- Eastbourne, England- ID 7394Please note that the scaffolding at the Hotel will be extended until the 30^th of April 2015 due to weather conditions. 

Millennium Biltmore Hotel- Los Angeles, USA- ID 18726Please note hotel will be under renovation works, starting date: 16^th April 2015
Construction Floor: 9^th Floor, south side of the property, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. All of hotel facilities are operating normally, and there will be no distraction to the guests.

W New York Times Square- New York, USA- ID 18746Please note that a project is underway effective 27^th March 2015 to refresh the Living room at the Hotel.  Work is expected to end by 31^st July 2015. The project will include complete redesign of the Living Room, Living Room Bar and Welcome Desk. During this time, there will be minimal disruption and inconvenience to guests.   The work area will be hidden from sight and the Welcome Desk will be relocated. It will not affect the guest room tower of the building. There is an additional bar available within the hotel located in the Blue Finn Restaurant for guests to visit during their stay. Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, weekdays.

The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur Hotel- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia- ID 49501Please note the hotel will start renovation works April 2015.
Transformation Phase 1: Transformation of Guest Rooms
Scope: Complete re-design of the Deluxe Room, Executive Deluxe Room, 1 Bedroom Suite – Hotel Wing
Commencement Date: 15^th April 2015 – 30^th November 2015
Scope: Complete re-design of the 2-Bedroom Suites and 3-Bedroom Suites – Suite Wing
Commencement Date: 06^th April 2015 – 30^th September 2015
Impact: The transformation timing is scheduled from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mon-Fri) 10:00am to 6:00pm (Sat-Sun). The transformation will be undertaken in phases with only a few floors being affected at a time. Sound buffer floors are implemented to ensure minimal noise disturbance and to not affect the guest room experience.
Transformation Phase 2: Transformation of Public Areas
Part of the total hotel rejuvenation will embark on a complete public area transformation where will bring the Hotel Wing and Suite Wing together as one hotel. The re-design will feature one main arrival lobby to enhance the guest arrival experience. We will completely transform our 1st Floor meeting rooms into various new cutting edge Food & Beverage Offerings.
Affected Area: César’s Restaurant
Commencement Date: 01^st May 2015 – 30^th November 2015
Scope: Complete transformation and relocation of César’s Restaurant. During the re-design, the daily breakfast will be served in the Carlton Conference Centre on level 2. The existing restaurant furniture will be relocated to the new venue to preserve the current luxury ambiance. Full American Breakfast Buffet with live stations will be available.
Affected Area: Lobby and Library Lounge – Suite Wing
Commencement Date: 01^st April 2015 – 31^st August 2015
Scope: This area will become the main Arrival Lobby for guest staying in both Hotel Wing and Suite Wing. It will feature a grand arrival experience with both reception and concierge service.
Impact: The arrival experience of the Suite Wing will not be affected during this period as the suite wing reception and library (club) lounge will be relocated to the “Carlton Gourmet” located adjacent to the Carlton Conference Center. Initially there will be periods of noise flowing through this area however the tranquility of the guest suites will not be impacted by this transformation.
Transformation Phase 3: Hotel Lobby and adjacent Lobby Lounge / Fitness Centre/ Pool Area
This phase will only commence once the main arrival lobby and new Food & Beverage offerings are completed by the end of Q3, 2015.
The existing hotel wing lobby and the adjacent Lobby Lounge will be combined into an exclusive VIP, Club & Suite Entrance and Club Lounge.
During this period, will also enhance and refresh our Fitness Centre/ Pool Area and the surrounding landscaping.

Royal York- York, England- ID 9141Kindly note that Hotel is starting some refurbishment works, so the Leisure Club will be closed from 1^st June 2015 until 19^th June 2015. The general working hours of the builders will be 8am until 5:30pm Monday to Sunday.

Thara Patong Beach Resort & Spa- Phuket, Thailand- ID 42842Please note hotel will be under renovation works from 2^nd May to 31^st August 2015. Tantawan Restaurant and parts of the guestrooms. Works will take place between 10:00 – 06:00pm (Monday – Saturday).

The Luxe Manor Hotel- Hong Kong, Hong Kong- ID 40925
