Please note renovation planned from 9^th November 2015 to  31^st March 2016; work will be carried mainly in the hallway as well as ground floor rooms so for them to accommodate disabled people. This work will not impact guest’s tranquillity during their stay.

Sea View Hotel on the Ocean- Miami, USA- ID 47787Please note that the Sea View Hotel has opted to implement a “NON-OPTIONAL RESORT FEE” for this property. This “NON-OPTIONAL RESORT FEE” will take effect 1^st May 2015 and will include the following amenities:

1.  Two chaise loungers plus one umbrella either poolside or beachside per day, per room.
2.  Unlimited use of Fitness Center.
3. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel including guest rooms and all public areas.

(daily resort fee of $20.00 plus 11% tax per day, per room).

This is a temporary hold; we will not charge your credit card. Your bank will release the deposit of £250 - automatically. Please be aware though that, this can take up to 7 working days to clear.

Le Meridien Chiang Mai Hotel- Chiang Mai, Thailand- ID 49978Please note the hotel has limited availability of smoking and non smoking guestrooms. Where guest are assigned non smoking guest room, it is important that smoking does not occur in the room or in the corridor/floor. By law of Royal Thai Government, smoking can only occur outside the building (not including swimming pools.) To avoid misunderstandings hotel have used international signs on the floor indicating “no smoking”. Also courtesy note were placed inside the room explaining that if guests smoke in the room at THB 2,000 deep cleaning fee will be applied to the guests room account which is to be paid at time of check-out.

2. Closure:Corona D'oro Hotel- Bologna, Italy- ID 45476Please note the hotel will close from 1^st August to 23^rd August 2015 included, due to sudden maintenance works.

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket- Phuket, Thailand- ID 42641NON REFUNDABLE ID 54614Please note that from 1 May 2015, Club 12+ facility will be closed permanently. All other facilities in the Resort will remain unchanged.

Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort- Krabi, Thailand- ID 49219Please note that the “Pool deck” will be closed from 15^th to 30^th June 2015 for maintenance. In the meantime the “Malati Pool” will be available for use during this period.

Fujairah Rotana Resort- Fujairah, UAE- ID 17807Please note that Tabu Bar will be closed until 10^th July 2015 for renovation, all the rest restaurants/bars remain operational.

3. Refurbishment:Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort + Spa Dubai- Dubai, UAE- ID 21232Please note that the main building Lobby and the Brasserie (All Day Dining) at the hotel will be under refurbishment. Starting on 10^th May and scheduled to be completed by 10^th October 2015. The work will commence from 08:00AM until 06:00PM daily, however, all heavy noise will only take place after 11:00AM – 05:00PM. Fridays will be avoided.

WestGate Blue Tree Resort- Orlando, USA- ID 42662Please note upcoming renovation to the hotel. The resort is scheduled to undergo the following: replacing roof, which will be ongoing through 02^nd to 30^th May 2015.

Best Western Ronceray Opera Hotel- Paris, France- ID 8759Please note that the renovations of the hotel's front facade have been delayed. According to the last information they should be finished by mid-June. The working hours are still taking place during the week between 9am and 5pm.

Regal Kowloon Hotel- Hong Kong, Hong Kong- ID 29025
Please note that from 1^st until 31^st May 2015 the hotel will under renovation works. Working hours: Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) from09.00am to 06.00pm.

Sophia Country Club Hotel- Biot, France- ID 53124Please note that the hotel will be undergoing some works until 31th July 2015. Spa will be closed from 04^th May to 07^th included and 18^th May to 30^th June 2015 included. Working Hours: 09.00am to 05.00pm from Monday to Saturday.

Brighton Hotel (Formerly Best Western Brighton)- Brighton, England- ID 12984Please note that hotel is carrying on an interior and exterior renovation with the first phase expected to be completed by the beginning of July, 2015. Daily renovations will take place 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Best Western Capital Hotel- Stockholm, Sweden- ID 11715Please note the planned renovation works announced 10th April 2015 have been cancelled.
